Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, all lip gloss sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jaydasheribeauty@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request and make it right.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
